Privacy Notice
This notice explains what Built by SAB ("we") collects through builtbysab.com and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, company or organisation (optional), email address, WhatsApp or phone number (optional), what you're looking to build, and your message.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
We use these details only to read and respond to your enquiry, and for any follow-up conversation you choose to have with us.
Where it goes
Contact form submissions are sent to our inbox by email using Resend, an email delivery provider. This website does not store your enquiry in a database.
To limit spam, we briefly process your IP address to count recent submissions. That counter expires after about 10 minutes and may be held in memory on our host or with a rate-limiting provider.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
Your browser keeps one short-lived session flag so the start-up animation plays only once per visit. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
Our providers may process data outside Singapore.
Sharing
We don't sell your details. We share them only with the providers named above, as needed to run the site and deliver your enquiry to us.
Keeping and deleting
Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to respond and keep a record of our conversation.
